Ms R from United KingdomVery easy to book. I made two bookings but only received one confirmation email. i don't have the booking reference for the second one (because I didn't get the email), so can't login to check the booking is confirmed. The money has been taken from my bank account.

When the bus was 10 minutes late I phoned the emergency number, no response. 10 minutes later I received a text asking me to text the issue. After a further 5 minutes I received an angry call accusing me of being in the wrong place, with the bus 20kms away. 5 minutes into the conversation the receptionist realised the bus was in the right area but had parked opposite the nearest hotel (we had clearly asked for collection from the front of the marina, a 5 minute walk.) Now able to see the bus we walked to it rather than it drove to us. The driver explained he did not know the area as an excuse! For the following 2 hours we had to listen to dance music to stop the driver falling asleep!! The whole episode would have made an excellent comedy sketch, however we had actually paid for it.
