Printing out the 2 page vouchers which popped up at end of booking was simple and clear instructions on them gave me no questions to ask. Just take along vouchers and hand over to taxi person ... just your signature needed on bottom of voucher when you hand over x
The taxi man was there on arrival with a good sized board so he was easily recognisable. He greeted us warmly took some of our suitcases and took us to our car which was new and exceptionally clean .. the taxi journey was extremely pleasant and my party all commented on the driver's safe driving , conversation ( perfect level). I and my party all said what a great Taxi Service delivery was given from booking to door to door . Our return trip arrived 15 minutes before due time.. no pressure and again a faultless , high quality trip. Would highly recommend this service . I wouldnt hesitate in using this Company again. Go ahead and book!

The drivers were punctual, extremely friendly, very professionall and made us feel very welcome. I would have preferred the price to be less as other services offer similar for less money. I would consider using this company again if the price was right.

Very pleased with your service. The driver was there on time for pick up/return journey. The only hitch was we had to go to agency office to collect villa key but as he had no English it was difficult to explain even after showing him the address, which was apparently only an extra 5-10 minutes to the journey, and my husband had to find a taxi to go whilst the rest of the party, including 4 children, had to wait with all the luggage at the villa gate in the heat, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Shuttle Direct and we will use your service again. Thank you.

On time early morning pick up very pleasant again excellent service highly recommended.Well worth paying that extra for private hire.We used shuttle buses all the time when our children were young but now prefer private hire.
