Ms J from United KingdomVery easy to book online. Received voucher to be printed off and simply showed the voucher upon arrival at a desk that was easy to locate. We were then given a bus number for us to board upon.
I would definitely use again.
Upon arrival we were on our shuttle within 10 minutes. The coach was comfortable and had air conditioning. We were on the coach for around 20 minutes waiting for other passengers before leaving but this is to be expected.

Mr K from United KingdomHaving used Shuttles Direct on several previous occasions (and at various times of year) I was expecting, as it was "off peak", to have a long wait at the airport and drop off/pick up at every hotel along the coast - we have had 3 hours on the coach from Palma airport before as Cala Bona seems to be toward the end of the route. This time it was only around 90 minutes from getting on the bus to reaching our destination with only a few drop offs along the way. Very pleasant indeed. Nice relaxing start to he holiday. And the cheapest way we have found to get to and from our apartment.
As previously stated. The best run we have had yet from Palma International to Cala Bona.
