Ms M from United KingdomOur flight was delayed yesterday and we arrived into Mallorca Airport 40 minutes late (10.40am) so did not get to the Shuttle desk until around 1hr 20 mins (11.20am) after our original arrival time. However we were put on our Speedy Shuttle approximately 20 minutes later (11.40am) and after the three drop offs before us, arrived at our apartment in Port d'Andratx shortly over an hour later (around 1pm). After the reviews I was slightly sceptical, however we had no issues and arrived at our flat in good time considering the three drops before. Although it's important to note Shuttle Direct used 'Transunion' as the actual company to drive us from Mallorca airport who essentially deserve the credit. The service you get will namely depend on which company they use from the airport you arrive at as they outsource. So to an extent, using Shuttle Direct will always be a gamble because it won't be them they actually transport you. Either way we had a good experience with them and would use them again if flying into Mallorca (or maybe just use Transunion directly!).

I only had to wait a couple of minutes for another couple to arrive, then our friendly driver took us to his clean, modern, air conditioned coach. It was possibly the smoothest transfer I've ever had. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again. As a female travelling alone, I felt much more confident using this service than getting a taxi.

We did not have to do any phoning to check ourselves which is great. Thank you.
