There was no taxi when we arrived Hamburg airport , after several Calls to shuttledirect we had to organise our own transport , so for the trip to Lubeck ,we had to pay 120 euro .
After several complains to Shuttledirect , we havent heard anything , and now its 3 Mounts sins the first complain.
Our Money is lost , and we (8 persons who travel a lot) will NEVER recomand this Company for anybody..
We lost 2,5 hours off our weekend , and 150 euro:(
