Bei mir hatten sie dann meinen Auftrag noch gar nicht vorliegen und sie mussten erst nachforschen bis sie meinen Shuttle dann bestätigen konnten und mir meine Abholzeit durchgeben konnten.

I called the call center the following day, and they were of no help. I just needed to restart the browser, but I wish the website or call center had recommended this strategy.

We were very happy with Shuttle Direct service. Everything went smoothly, quick and easy, didn't have to worry about a thing!
There was someone waiting for us at the airport, telling us where to find the bus. We had booked a shared bus but ended up being the only ones on it. Our driver was friendly and didn't mind answering our questions about the island. The same goes with our return journey, the driver came to get us from the hotel lobby and got us to the airport just as swiftly. I would happily recommend Shuttle Direct to anyone in need of a transportation!
