I was really panicking about the driver, but Shuttle Direct rang me and arranged for the driver Felippe to wait for us to complete the paperwork for the report. It meant he had to repark, then come and find us , but we were so very grateful for this great service.

It was so nice to be able to exit baggage claim and have a driver waiting for us (holding up a sign with my name) with a car nearby. We were off to our hotel in no time. Thank you to our driver (Filip) for also having to wait since our flight was delayed a little bit.
