Mr A from Singaporeaccepted a booking, debited my credit card then left me stranded by cancelling the booking later that day and told me it would take a few days to return my money and offered me a far more expensive option (to again be debited by my credit card with no guarantee presumably)
didn't happen - was cancelled by Shuttle Direct after booking....
