The driver , vehicle and service is very good HOWEVER we were collected at least an hr too early form our hotel as when we arrived at the airport ' check in ' was not even open and we had to wait 3.5hrs before our flight departed . This drastically reduced our last half day ski time .

Mr D from United KingdomWe found the website difficult to use and find information and it took us several attempts to book. Then we had to follow up with a call to clarify times. When we did ring, the lady was extremely helpful and was able to upgrade to a private booking / vehicle at no extra charge. Pleased with end result but website hard to use.
We missed our flight so had to ring shuttle direct to change pick up time. They were able to accommodate this thankfully and we were very grateful. Driver approx 20 mins late due to traffic but office chased this up for us. Satisfactory. Thank you.
