Ms C from IrelandI tried to check the price for a group of 15 on the website but it said this service was not available. I emailed customer service and I got quite a generic reply telling me to put in the number of passengers in the box on the website, this was not helpful at all. In the end I booked for 8 people. Our transfer was a large bus which was half empty for both the outbound and return journey so I was annoyed that it was not possible to book for 15 people on the website. The only reason I can see that it was not possible to book for a larger group was that this would have brought the cost per person down significantly and your company did not want this and only made it possible to book for 8 people or less to keep the price high. I would like a response to this comment please.
The service was extremely efficient and comfortable. The drivers were very courteous and helpful.
