Mr A from IsraelWe booked a transfer from Venice cruise port to the Venice train station,when the driver
came to pick us up he informed us that he can not take us to the Venice train station as there is no access to it.He dropped us off half way to the station with all our luggage & baby trolley,it was hell for us to walk to the train station as the way was full of obstacles even one of the suitcases broke.The company should not accept an order if it can not be done.Hopefully they will refund us for the sevice which they did not deliver.
We did not receive the service,for which they charged 52 Euro
