Dennis was in contact with us during the long wait for us to go through customs due to the large numbers of people in line. He was upbeat and friendly and was not upset with having to wait for us. I was expecting a shared shuttle and was surprised it was private. He was very quick in delivering us to our hotel.. I would definitely take another shuttle ride with Shuttle direct/ Dennis.
