Vehicle was a new-ish Mercedes people-carrier, comfortable and clean. Got us to resort in good time. Return driver turned up in good time and was happy to load our luggage while we had a quick cappucino. Pick-up and drop off were right outside the terminal. My first experience of Shuttle Direct and I would recommend.

Sure enough, at our destination our driver was waiting at the terminal and we were on our way.

Mr R from United StatesGetting to your accommodations in Venice can be very tricky, as there are unavoidably three steps: from airport to water taxi, water taxi to drop-off, walk to accommodation -- and then the reverse for getting back. Our Shuttle Direct drivers/porters did an excellent job of getting us through this process with only very minor hiccups along the way -- they were very professional, on-time, and had strong communications skills that made this otherwise daunting part of our trip much less so than if we were trying to make these arrangements ourselves.
