Ms M from New ZealandShuttle Direct arrived when they said they would. It was so nice to have the comfortable airconditioned car take us directly to our hotel, after a long international flight. We also used them to return to the airport at the end of our holiday. It was a little tricky to extend our booking to include an extra person. However, I was relieved to have them arrive promptly at 5am. When the car broke down, the driver was able to call an alternative and we arrived in plenty of time.

Ms M from United KingdomAlthough the flight was on time, getting through customs was very tedious, but there was our driver waiting with my name at the arrivals as arranged. I had booked the taxi months in advance and was a bit concerned he may not be there, but I had no need to worry.

Chauffören stod och väntade när vi hade landat och han var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam. Vår hyresvärd var inte på plats när vi kom fram, men han väntade och hjälpte oss att få kontakt och sedan köra oss rätt. Vi är så tacksamma. Vi blev också hämtade på utsatt tid av samma fantastiska chaufför.
