Pick up worked very well! A day before pickup I got a call with conformation of pickup time, driver was on time, car was very clean and comfortable, driver was very kind. There was a little missunderstanding regarding the pickup address because the office gave a wrong hotel name in the street but we were connectect directly to the driver and should clarify via phone.
