Mr J from IrelandOur flight was delayed but our name was displayed at kiosk for easy access to rep. Shuttle bus was very clean and we were off to hotel within a few minutes. Driver was helpful and courteous. Our return pick-up was exactly on time. Overall a great experience and value for money.

I found out about shuttledirect through a video I watched on YouTube. The website was easy to use, and the price quoted, was really good - cheap in fact. I found the desk at LPA airport difficult to locate, but that was a combination of brain fog and not reading the confirmation properly. I do think the logo on the desk could be bigger, but when I found the desk, my name was there, on a piece of paper and the very friendly attendant guided me to the coach. Driver was really friendly and all the staff I met, were amazing. It was quick and convenient for both pick-ups, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Per la partenza basta mettere orario arrivo. Giunti in aeroporto c'era uno sportello dedicato, questa volta addirittura con il nome ben in grande per far capire che ci aspettavamo. Per il ritorno come da indicazioni ricevute all' arrivo è bastata una telefonata per avere la conferma dell' orario di prelievo dal hotel. Logicamente si tratta di viaggio condiviso.

F from ItalyMi sono trovato veramente molto bene con questo servizio di trasferimento l'app di prenotazione è molto semplice e intuitiva il servizio di trasferimento in se stesso funzione molte bene arrivato a destinazione mi è bastato recarmi al box dell'impresa shuttle direct per avvisare il conducente del mezzo che ero arrivato dopo di che il conducente in 10 minutino è arrivato per portarmi all'hotel quindi direi servizio impeccabile grazie di cuore ❤️
