We had a one hour delay on flying out to Barcelona airport, which was not a problem as shuttle direct made sure we got to our accommodation even though we had missed our original pick up time. friendly helpful staff at Barcelona airport who gave us directions where to go for our shuttle transfer. Straight forward transfer to where we were staying. Our return transfer we received an email 48 hours before our pick-up giving us the information about our transfer back to Barcelona airport. The process to book our transfer and get confirmation vouchers was very easy. I have been using shuttle direct for the past few years to various other destinations and I have never had a problem and will continue to use them

Ms J from IrelandThey were great. Staff at the desk were brilliant & helpful. Driver was great. Even though it felt like u were forever on the bus. But was nice to stretch my legs when i got there & I got my email Wednesday with my pickup time coming home.
