I had a call asking where we were and was told who to look out for when we had come through. I had a text the day before departure explaining the time and place of the pick up to return to the airport for departure. The driver was also helpful to all travellers supporting them with their luggage.

On the way back, they gave us a time to be outside our hotel and the bus was exactly on time. Got us to the airport with plenty of time to check in. Very happy with service.
