Prodotto : Buono, unica pecca, l'autista mi ha dapprima condotta all'albergo sbagliato (il nome dei due hotel era molto simile), nonostante avessi scritto chiaramente l'indirizzo esatto nel modulo di richiesta. Ma è bastata una telefonata e tutto si è risolto, sono ritornati prontamente a prendermi e mi hanno lasciata nell'hotel giusto.

18.12.2013 Meeting at the airport went well . The departure 22.12.2013 Your employee Mahmoud made us a good company standing in line at the airport check-in . I asked him for help getting comfortable seats for us on the second floor of the aircraft. I explained that he was prepared to pay for these additional space at registration. All my request he just smiled and said nothing. I had to personally go to the airport staff , ask for their assistance in the purchase of the ticket . No problems - everything was decided in five minutes. I paid extra for the premium class and flew to me convenient places (I have great growth and long legs ) . Why should I support this - is unclear. He could not agree in their own language with the staff registration or did not want . In this and in other cases it has proved futile . I find it easier and cheaper next time just call a taxi . We're paying you for services and receive very unpleasant helpless employee who helps carry the suitcase. That I can make myself free .

Mr B from United KingdomVery bad service. Even though I booked my transfer and got my confirmation and paid in advance for the shuttle service, the transport did not arrive.
The transport did not arrive which left us waiting at the airport over an hour after our plane landed, and having to pay "over the odds" prices for taxi to our hotel.
Even though we paid in advance, got our confirmation and got all our booking confirmation, the transport did not arrive, leaving us seriously inconvenienced when arriving to Egypt. When we complained the company admitted they made a mistake stating they thought it was the "next day" even though the confirmation clearly stated it was the day we arrived. Will never use this service again, we ended up out of pocket.
