When return to the airport the bus was late, I called customer service, he was very helpful and kindly ensured me the bus was on its way, just 10 minutes late. Eventually we arrived at the airport almost in time, I was satisfied, not very cheap, but still much cheaper than a taxi.

From which, after a phone call, a representative came out and directed him to the parking lot where buses to their destination are parked.
The return journey was all correct and they promptly informed us when they would arrive.

Got to our destination in great time and driver was courteous and friendly. When shuttle direct couldn’t contact me at the resort to confirm the pick up because my phone was switched off, they called the hotel and a note was left for me instead.
