The message to print the voucher needs to be written in clearer language - it might be me but I only realised what it was when I viewed it in my phone. On the computer it just read as a line of characters and nothing stood out to show I had to follow the link. The message could have simply contained the voucher rather than requiring me to go back to the website.

10 minutes later than the stated time,but we arrived at the airport in good time for our flight
Good and easy to use
Quite comfortable journey, but got confused as the driver gave us a that she would be our guide though the holiday, that he would give us information on our return journey at a welcome meeting, he was not there. However, got help to call him at the reception and he hanged up the phone half way through the conversation. I understand language barrier might be a problem, but someone need to wait for the other party to say ok or bye before you hand up the phone. I then asked the receptionist to ring the agent direct who then told us the right way to get back to bodrum.
However, I must say the driver that picked us up on the 16th August on the return journey back to Bodrum was fantastic! On time, courteous, and very helpful,

Going out was hanging about for over half an hour and the stop at the cafe 15 mins after leaving airport what's that about ? Coming back was on time but again stop at cafe 15 mins before reaching airport pointless.

However, the office had us going to the CLC Apolonium Resort on their control sheet and the taxi driver made a 30+ minute detour when I realised we were going in the wrong direction even thought I had selected and booked for us to go to the CLC resort in Kusadasi. Sloppy and costly in terms of lost time at the start of our holiday!!

The instructions on the travel voucher were misleading stating 'On arrival your chauffer will be waiting with your name displayed' It did not state we had to exit the building and go to the parking area. So we ( and another couple) wasted a lot of time waiting around, as did the driver. it would really help if this was added to the instructions in future. The transport, driver and transfers both ways otherwise very good and good value for money.
It was fine although it would be better if it gave the approximate times for how long the transfer takes. Eg the difference between standard and speedy.
we paid for speedy but we were the first out of the airport and we still had to wait over an hour for other flights to come in. Then the shuttle dropped every single group off before us. There's no way it was 'speedy' and there was no differentiation between speedy and standard because others on the bus had paid standard but got on after us and got off before us.
No problem booking
On checking on the 25th the day before our return transfer we were told there would be a list of names and times put up. On returning to reception there was still nothing for me. When reception rang regal transfer there was no record of our booking. After a while we were told we would be picked up at 1.50 pm. We were ready and waiting at that time but nobody arrived for us. When reception rang them they said the bus had been and they went to reception looking for us. Reception told us nobody had been looking for us. We had to get a taxi and missed our flight

We spent nearly an hour and a half trying to get your representative to get us aboard some transport and in the end he disappeared from Arrivals altogether.
Myself and my disabled mother,who was in a wheelchair were sent from one coach to the next( including Regal and Oracle) but no one seemed to have our details or were prepared to help us. After 90 minutes,and with the Arrivals area almost empty,we had no choice but to take a taxi to our resort at a cost of 250 TL,for which I have a receipt. My 80 year old mother was exhausted at this point and I she was distressed and worried that we would be stuck at almost midnight and 80km from our resort.
I have sent e mails and am told that it will take 28 days to investigate,and I have had no assurances that we will be compensated in full.
Booking online was fairly easy, taking my money very quick.....but response/service very bad!
We were left stranded at airport. No one turned up even though we looked around for more than an hour! We had to pay for private transfer only to be dropped in Kusadasi and not at resort which is in Soke. Then we were put on a bus only to be dropped at the foot of a hill and expected to cart our luggage up the hill to the resort! I am furious and demand my money back.
