We had 2 x suitcases which were loaded into the car boot. We then went on to Puerto Rico to pick-up another couple. On arriving at their location the driver tried to load their 2 x suitcases into the car boot only to find they would not fit. I would of thought whoever selects the car to be used for the transfer would of sent a bigger car in the first place as the couple could not fit into the car and had to make their own arrangements in the end to get to the airport. Not very satisfactory when on a tight schedule to check-in. Just to follow on the story....when my wife and I returned to Gran Canaria on 19th May 2015 we were transferred (just the two of us) in a big stretch Mercedes car!!! Apart from this slight error the service for us was very good.
