Collection fine, but some confusion when departing Monday.instructed to ring the day before departure to confirm, office closed on Saturday pm and all day Sunday.

Been waiting in the bus for an hour before we took off to hotel from airport. other than that was good
The operator refused to pick us up from our hotel when we phoned our confirmation in within the 48 hours before. They said we had to make our way to a hotel 15 minutes walk away. As we were within the 48 hour limit we could not claim a refund. We booked a taxi and paid an extra 12.50 euros. My receipt from Shuttle direct said quite clearly that pick up was at my hotel. The woman on the phone said "this is not a private pick up and you must find the hotel where you will be collected from. Ask your reception where it is"

Very shocking, booked and paid and even confirmed transfer 3 days after paid for. only to be advised that it had been cancelled as the amount I paid was incorrect, and that the price should of been higher. Retuned my destination on their website, same price came up, company couldn't explain and hung up on me. used different company in the end,
