What an excellent service, and a great value! I was so pleased with ShuttleDirect service. The driver was, exactly as promised, standing directly outside the doors from baggage claim/customs with my name on his sign. But more than than, he was helpful in finding us a luggage cart, getting kids seated in the van, and even calling our destination from his mobile phone in the car. Really courteous and excellent service.
