    A brilliant experience with shuttledirect’s Jonathon. We were delayed by 2 hrs but he was there as soon as we texted him. Very smart van, water, efficient and friendly approach and he picked us up for our return journey to the airport, accommodating a search for my passport quickly. So helpful and well worth the cost.     Very easy to book the service online. Our friendly driver was easy to identify in the waiting room and he handled all of our suitcases. He was an excellent driver and took us quickly to our destination. The price was very reasonable vs. organizing a taxi.     L'autista che ci è venuti a prendere è stato molto sgradevole. Andava ad una velocità eccessiva. Ho chiesto più volte di andare piano avendo a bordo una bambina piccola ma lui mi ha risposto che non gli interessavano le mie paure perché doveva fare un ulteriore viaggio avendo altri clienti che arrivavano dopo di me. Sicuramente non mi rivolgerò più alla vostra agenzia!
