    Sehr netter aufgeschlossener und hilfsbereiter junger Mann, der geduldig gewartet hat und auch trotz zweifacher Verschiebung und am Ende noch einer Flugverspätung super hilfreich war. So etwas trifft man eher selten, zumal im portugiesischen Transportwesen ;-)
