Driver was waiting with clear sign at arrivals, helped with luggage, was parked close by and was polit and friendly. The car was nice and the drive uneventful and we arrived at our hotel relaxed. Couldn't have been better!

The shuttle collecting us from Catania was late. We were led to believe that the driver may have collected the wrong people. After a couple of phone calls another driver collected us and apologised for being late-he said that he had been unable to park. The driver who collected us to take us back to Catania was right on time.
