Luckily I asked the local and we managed to catch the bus in the last moment. The retour was perfect. And the service is perfect anywhere, I use their services all the time when I travel.

Example: expiry date mm/yy means a card will be expired only in the end of mm, but the system will say card expired if already in month mm. Otherwise many false "authorization failures".

Although the paperwork says that they wait for passengers for a maximum of 1 hr after the pick up time before they leave, we waited for almost two hours cos two other passengers that should have been on our shuttle apparently lost their baggage, so we had to wait for them for While. Other than that, the booking process was straightforward
