Service was smooth and quick. The driver was really nice to us and easy to find at the airport. The direct transfer was a good price and extremely convenient for a late arrival which meant that catching trains would be difficult.

Very direct..easy to use
Unfortunately, I wasn't happy the fact that you chose the time of collection I arrived at 6am ( plane descended at 6am) and to take considerations with immigration and baggage collections, an hour was more than enough or an hour an a half. The driver arrived at 8am (according to him, he was told to come at 8am). waiting for more than half an hour was too way long considering the flight was a long haul and as you can imagine tired from long flight so the last thing I want to do is to wait that long. Other than that, driver was professional and polite. Sadly, not sure if I will book again because of your chosen time requirements.
Driver was 25 mins late and didn’t apologise. Driver did take my heavy suitcase and load it into vehicle. Driver did not speak one word to me during this period or the ride other than to confirm destination and name. I saw this as poor customer service. Noticed stains on seat of vehicle when sitting. Driver kept to speed limit which made me happy as I saw many cars speeding past us. When driving around looking for final destination I became upset when driver continued asking me where my hotel was / that he didn’t live around here and it was difficult to locate. I had just walked off a plane from Australia and believed I had far less chance of knowing where the hotel was than him. I had to suggest that he (the driver) put it in google maps. Less than average service. Perhaps had the driver not been late, had apologised and made a little small talk along the way the location issue might not have bothered me.

The worst transfer experience ever- driver failed to pick us up at agreed time at hotel at 09:20 and made no effort to come and get us from hotel or help us locate him. We spent over an hour hauling our luggage around Stratford in the rain on multiple phonecalls to the driver's mobile and also his dispatch company and were sent to various locations- none of which were our agreed pick up location. The driver refused to respond to texts to confirm his location and hung up on us numerous times. We could not understand him on the phone and nor could our concierge from the hotel (who knew the area well). When we eventually located him, we were an hour late leaving and came close to missing our flight due to queues at Heathrow. In addition, the driver tried to tell us we should have booked a 9 seater - yet there were two people and luggage which I had paid for. Clearly a chancer looking for more money. The transfer was complete waste of money as the time spent running around and on calls- we may as well have been on public transport. Diabolical service .
