Ma consideriamo accettabile quest'attesa. Nel viaggio dall'hotel all'aeroporto abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare l'orario a causa dell'annullamento ( comunicatoci il giorno prima! ) del nostro volo Vueling. Gli addetti di Shuttle Direct hanno modificato l'orario in base al volo sostitutivo dimostrando efficienza e cortesia. Siamo molto soddisfatti del servizio.

Sometimes we have a mini bus as there are 5 or 7 of us and on 2 occasions we have had a 42 seater coach, so there is always plenty of room.
