Disaster picking up from Airport and also on return to the airport. had to wait 50 minutes on initial pick up from airport, after 3 or 4 calls to the main office i was told driver was looking for a parking space, sorry not good enough. Also on return pick up back to the airport again over 60 mins late, vouchers informed me mt pick up was 13.25 however again after several calls I was told conflicting information, 1 this was a computer error and iwas due to be picked up at 14.00, 2 i had already been picked up and tranfered to the airport and 3 the driver is 2 minutes away. Even when the driver did eventually turn up he was even angry at the excuses i received.
To summarise, I will not book again as the service was not good
