Ms J from United KingdomMet at the airport by a lovely lady holding a card with my name on , guided me to the bus station and which number bus , nice friendly drivers dropped me outside my hotel and picked up after my holiday , as a solo single lady it’s take the stress and worry waiting for taxis and much cheaper , see ya all again soon

The driver was on time to collect us from the airport and the vehicle was of the highest standard. The driver was on time to collect us from the hotel to take us back to the airport and was pleasant and helpful. Will certainly use again.

Have to say on this trip (ACE to Playa Blanca and return) the service from Shuttle Direct was excellent. Met at Airport Arrivals exit by Representative clearly showing my name, escorted with others to awaiting drivers and vehicles close by and introduced to our driver. Quick private transfer to the hotel. On the return, we were ready in the Hotel Reception the required 15 mins before time and the very courteous lady driver appeared 5 mins later, 10 mins before time. Excellent journey to ACE airport. Travelled mid Sept 24.

Mr M from United KingdomArrived 12-50 am straight through customs, national Express worker was easy to find, explained where to go, found the coach park read coach departure board double checked with one of the many national Express workers, easy boarding driver taking the cases, my coach was for Stratford with no stops, driver was as helpful as could be, arrived stress free then got a bus home.

Perfect and the pick up was great. I will always use them again. Thanks
