    Poor. Hard to find the pick-up desk at Malta airport; when I got there, the operator only had your confirmation of my return journey, not my outward journey. When I phoned the number you provided, your company said the same, even though I had confirmed both parts of the journey by email. I had to buy a new ticket and wait for the next shuttle. This was your company’s mistake and I require a refund.
