    Difficult to rate the service as the van did not arrive and we had to make other arrangements urgently so we didn’t miss our flight. We tried several times to reach the office on the number provided on the booking details but there was no answer during or after business hours.

    Very disappointing and stressful experience.. it’s a 4 hour run from Essaouira to Casablanca with no room for error. We are hoping to receive a refund.

    My advice to anybody would be to never use Shuttle Direct, they took our money, did not show up and would not reply to me emails-Avoid at all cost.
