Cuando el vuelo llegó, hubo un problema con la recogida de equipajes y se retrasó excesivamente (1 hora). La persona responsable del contacto, tuvo además un problema de cobertura con su teléfono móvil. Bien...., el responsable de Abba Tours cuando consigo contactar con el, me recibe con una batería de insultos y amenazas espectaculares. Falta de respeto, gritos, insultos, y en algunos casos vejancones. Dado que mi grupo necesitaba el servicio (43 personas en Malpensa), tuve que tragarme que: - me exigiera el pago de 100 euros más - me insultase en todas las conversaciones (que tengo grabadas) - me amenazase con no hacer el servicio
Posterior a esto, cuando se aproxima uno de los traslados de vuelta, dos diss antes me vuelven a llamar para exigir el abono de 151€ más o cancelaban la vuelta.
Vergonzoso, vejatorio y una total estafa
Después de una de las vueltas, cancele todos los Transfer y los contraté con otra empresa, donde el trato ha sido infinitamente más profesional, puntual, mejor y sin errores ninguno.
Jamás volveremos a contratar algo con estos estafadores. A tomar por ****
