    We went through many iterations before we got exactly what we wanted. Too many gyrations and emails back and forth. I was ready to find someone else online to handle it. The site did not allow us to make specific requests, as it should.

    The driver was early, cordial and took care of us. The vehicle was quite dirty though, windows needed to be cleaned and the seats were stained and filthy.
