    I have used Shuttle Direct on numerous occasions and never really had an issue expect this time. We arrived in Kefalonia having booked transfer, there was a man and woman with my name on a card at the exit, we introduced ourselves to which the lady just said go outside. Confused we did as she was told. We went out to the side of the road and numerous taxis, pick up vehicles were coming and going, no sign of ours as they had waited inside. My husband had to go back in twice. After about 30 mins she found us a vehicle, whether this was supposed to be ours I have no idea! just not organised or informed correctly, felt it should have been less stress free. Its the reason I pre-book int he first place!
    Journey home was a different story - the young man was lovely! He was punctual, and very chatty ont he way to the airport. He is the reason this has gone up to a 4 from a 2 star.
