    What is the point of the voucher system? You have the person's name, so why not just ask them to show ID?

    My driver seemed to be considering telling me that my voucher was not valid and that I might have to pay again. He didn't, but our interaction when I got out of the car was uncomfortable. The voucher system does not make sense.
