    The website was not easy to book through, as it only allows options of 1 bag per person. And, you cannot select the model of van you want directly. So, I called in to ask about extra baggage on our transfer, and make sure we got the right van. The staff member on the phone told me to select 7 passengers, instead of 6, to make sure we got a van big enough. Well, we did not get a big enough van. We had to send 2 people and some luggage in taxis and the whole van was crammed with our stuff. Not very comfortable ride at all.

    Also, the phone lines were NEVER being answered an hour or more before 7pm when you close. And, no one answers on Saturday. This was extremely frustrating since I was in the United States trying to make the reservation/changes.
