    Suggestion to website: It would be good if the passengers can book a private car to a destination via another place. There may be times that friends are travelling together to places and they want to share a car together. It would be great if a pick up is allowed.

    I was first given a pick up time of 4.08 - 1/2 drive which meant we arrived 1/2 drive BEFORE check in opened. when they changed it the time was wrong again as they clearly hadn't read my email. They didn't respod to the next email and in the end I rang the emergency telephone number. The transfer was then very efficient
