    I would have preferred another email a few days prior to arrival to confirm that everything is still good for pick up.

    Booking it self went excellent using the Shuttledirect web page. However I unfortunately had to cancel the return trip and learned that even though the web page also has a functionality to cancel a booking - it does not work. You get some PHP error when you attempt to cancel a booking.

    Booking was easy enough, and the quote was quite a lot cheaper than the other competitors around and dropped us directly in our resort rather than in the middle of nowhere!

    The trip was okay until Les Coches. Unfortunately the driver could only speak his
    own language, he came from Latvia! This made the last part of the journey less exciting.
