    Puntuación del servicio : Funciona muy bien el sistema de reserva por web, yo lo hice por smartphone. Lamentablemente no pude realizar el viaje por enfermedad.
    Producto : No puedo opinar sobre el traslado ya que tuve que anular mi viaje.Sin embargo la atención telefónica a la hora de gestionar la anulación fue magnífica. No dudaré en emplear este sistema de traslados en otra ocasión

    Found out too late time quoted was local rather than Spanish time. While my own mistake could have been better highlighted on site.

    Servicescore : Ik had een vraag die denk ik niet goed werd begrepen, alles moest in het Engels. We wilde shuttlebus bespreken van vliegveld naar hotel, en daarna van hotel naar hotel, omdat we nog een paar dagen in de stad faro bleven voordat we terug vlogen. In eerste instantie zei de medewerker dat dit kon en ik kreeg uitleg hoe. Dus gedaan maar kreeg telkens een melding dat het niet goed was. Uiteindelijk bleek er alleen geboekt te worden van vliegveld naar hotel en van hotel naar vliegveld. Dus toen maar een enkele reis geboekt. Eenmaal in faro bleek dat wel te kunnen vertelde de medewerkers van Green bus ons. Het mailcontact verliep op een prettige manier maar ik weet niet of iedereen dat wel op de hoogte is van wat er wel en niet kan.

    Problem was that the first price was quoted as 71 Euros , then changed to 86, so I actually paid £71. I would have phoned a different company. Also, the taxi had been arranged to collect me from a different hotel! I found this out when I called to confirm.

    The driver was pleasant and arrived on time, but should have been given a larger vehicle. Other companies even have wifi on the minibus. I said over the phone that I would like a larger vehicle.
