    Website was rather misleading and inflexible with destinations. However, have to say that excellent follow-up via email from transport company to make the arrangements more customized.

    Easy to book. The only negative point, there was nowhere mentioned that driver will not be able to take us directly to Zermatt, as the car had Italian plates and was not allowed to enter Zermatt.
