    Mein Eindruck von Shuttle Direct war im ersten Moment gut. Als ich dann auf der Bestätigung gesehen habe, dass das Unternehmen in Alicante gemeldet ist fand ich das nicht vertrauenerweckend.

    Die Hinfahrt hat dann aber super geklappt. Der Fahrer Hans stand direkt am Gate und hat beim Anblick unserer Gepäckmengen den Wagen näher geparkt. Die Rückfahrt war eine Katastrophe. Der Fahrer kam 30 min zu spät. Hatte keine Ahnung wie das Auto (welches denkbar ungünstig für die Verhältnisse war) bei Schnee und Glätte zu bedienen ist. Wusste nicht wie Schneeketten anzubringen sind, wir mussten schieben. Wusste nicht, dass es sinnvoll ist die Automatik zu deaktivieren. Bei der Wendung in den Serpentinen (6 Versuche, jedes Mal landeten wir am Straßenschild) waren wir sehr kurz davor das Manöver abzubrechen, weil wir wirklich Angst hatten.
