How long will my driver wait for me at the airport? Our drivers will usually wait for you for one hour in the Arrivals hall. If there is no sign of your party they will enquire into the airline, customs, and immigration to see if there is any hold up. If there is no sign of their passengers the driver will leave the airport. Don’t worry! If you are unexpectedly delayed in customs, baggage claim, or immigration, just call the number of your supplier. This is provided on your voucher after booking. Once they have heard from you, your driver will wait. If you know you will take longer than usual, for example due to reduced mobility, let us know when you book your transfer.

Super das es ein All inklusive Angebot gibt indem selbst das Trinkgeld enthalten ist. Vor der Ankunft bekamen wir ein Video über WhatsApp wo der Treffpunkt am Flughafen SAW in Istanbul beschrieben wurde. Trotz zwei Stunden Verspätung war unser Shuttle schnell verfügbar.
Auch die Abholung auf dem Rückweg hat pünktlich geklappt.
Beide Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und diskret und ihre Autos waren komfortabel und sauber.

Bit confused at airport as we were told to wait with other people and we thought we would have to share, when we had payed for private transfer but then 2 vans turned up so all ok. Should make clear we were still getting a private car.
