    Only problem was trying to book online if you were not flying into an airport but were already at the hotel and needed shuttle service. Company did respond to email and suggested we enter a bogus flight for airport pick up, which we did and it worked out but caused some anxiety.

    Called to confirm the shuttle the night before and the hotel arranged for hotel pickup but due to language barrier we did not get the information and went to the airport for pickup. Shuttle driver did find us and he was great. Very good service, friendly and nice! Will recommend this service to others.
