It took about 20 minutes to locate the driver since he was at 'B' exit and we were at 'A'. Once we connected with driver, experience was excellent. In fact, two days latter, the receptionist at the hotel gave us the hat my daughter had accidentally left in the car. The driver had evidently found it and stopped by the hotel to drop it off. That goes above and beyond. Thanks very much.
