He drove a very clean and modern vehicle with more than enough space for our two large suitcases, carry-ons, and backpacks. When making the reservation I accidentally put the wrong hotel name in the reservations. Little did I know there are more than one "Pestana" hotel in the Porto area. After discovering this, he quickly returned to the drop-off point, loaded our things again, and delivered us to the correct property...
