From taking my wife's case to starting the car before putting the cases in the boot so the aircon cooled the car, just 2 of several simple small things that don't need to be done, but add up to making this an excellent service. Met at the airport, yes it is a novelty to see your name on a card held by a chauffeur, driven in a comfortable air conditioned car, not calling at every hotel like a coach and reduces our transfer time by over a half. Starting our holiday relaxed and comfortable is the best feeling. See you next year.
