Wir wurden ohne Verzögerung direkt zu unserem Hotel gefahren.

Finding the kiosk at the airport was not too difficult and the driver was efficient in loading and dropping off individuals at various locations.

The option was not available on the booking but contacted ShuttleDirect & they said I could request it after I had made the booking. Did this & was quoted a minimal price for the car seat. On arrival at Palma airport, the taxi driver was diaplaying my name. Very impressed with the driver & quality of the child seat & minivan for our party of 7. On our return journey, the driver was there on time & once again, the service was excellent. Definitely use them again.
